Welcome to Citi Foods! By using our app and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Citi Foods app, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Citi Foods provides a platform for ordering food and beverages from various restaurants and vendors. We act as an intermediary between customers and vendors.
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Citi Foods is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
4. Orders and Payments
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- We accept [Payment Methods: e.g., credit card, debit card, cash on delivery, etc.].
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are processed only if the order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered.

Citi Foods – Rider Terms & Conditions
By joining Citi Foods as a delivery rider, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions mentioned below:
1. Rider Status
All riders work with Citi Foods on a freelance / independent basis.
Riders are not employees of Citi Foods.
Citi Foods is not responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage during deliveries.
2. Vehicle & Documents
Rider must have their own motorcycle/bike.
A valid driving license (Learner or Permanent as per law) is mandatory.
Bike must be in good working condition.
3. Safety Rules
Helmet is compulsory at all times during duty.
Maximum allowed speed is 40 km/h.
Overspeeding is strictly prohibited.
Riders must follow all traffic rules and laws.
Any traffic violation or fine will be the rider’s own responsibility.
4. Over-Speeding & Violations
Overspeeding, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior can result in:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal from Citi Foods platform
5. Customer Privacy
Riders must protect customer privacy.
Sharing customer details (name, phone number, address) with anyone is strictly forbidden.
Riders are not allowed to contact customers for personal reasons.
Any misuse of customer data will lead to strict action and legal consequences.
6. Professional Conduct
Riders must be polite, respectful, and disciplined with customers, restaurants, and staff.
Misbehavior, abuse, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
7. Responsibility Disclaimer
Citi Foods is not liable for:
Accidents
Injuries
Bike damage
Medical expenses
Legal issues caused by rider negligence
8. Agreement Acceptance
By working with Citi Foods, the rider confirms:
